VISITORS to a stately home tourist attraction are enjoying outdoor games and crafts as part of a summer National Trust scheme.
During the holidays, Sudbury Hall and the Museum of Childhood has been running a host of 'traditional street games', including giant chess and dominoes.
Attendances have been 'brilliant' at the National Trust property as families enjoy its competitive summer holiday activities.
As well as enjoying the activities at Sudbury Hall, the neighbouring Museum of Childhood has been hosting craft events throughout the summer.
Catherine MacCarthy, head of conservation at the trust in the Midlands, said: "Things have changed over the years but the ways we enjoy our free time have stayed remarkably the same."
The games and craft events will be continuing throughout the six-week holidays.
