A VILLAGE show is set to be bigger and better than ever.
Denstone Show will be held in the centre of the village from 2pm to 5.30pm on Saturday, August 30 with a vintage car show at Denstone Hall Farm Shop, a street market outside The Tavern pub and Family Olympics.
The 2013 show saw record numbers of baking entries and artistic talents were also on show.
Classes this year will include prize winning vegetables and fruit to baking, artisan bread and flower arranging. There will also be children's classes from models made from recycled materials to best selfie.
New for 2014 is the family Olympics with three legged races, sack race, backward running and more. But not to be missed out there will be the hugely popular Obedience and Agility Display by Hooligan Hounds.
Other attractions include willow weaving, Uttoxeter Youth Brass Band, music by Nick Worrall, Birds of Prey, Rent a Beast, barbecue, Ashmore's Ice Creams, a cake stall, skittles, Woodturning, raffles, Tombola, a craft tent and Staffordshire Wildlife Trust.
